Red Curtain is honored to continue our tradition of providing high quality summer theatre education to local kids and teens through this summer's production of Urinetown. Performances are August 1-2 and 8-9, with a 7pm show on Fridays and both a 1pm and 7pm show on Saturdays.
In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity’s most basic needs. Amid the people, a hero decides that he’s had enough and plans a revolution to lead them all to freedom!
"Urinetown" is a student production, so ticket prices are reduced. Tickets for adults are $17 for adults, $15 for students/seniors/military, and $12 for children 12 and under.
