This acting class offers performers aged 55 and up the opportunity to build strong theatrical skills while working together toward a staged production of Fiddler on the Roof, Sr. Over the ten-week session, participants will explore character development, stage movement, and scene study, all in a supportive and collaborative environment. As the class progresses, rehearsals will integrate music, staging, and choreography to prepare for the final production. Students will experience the full creative process—from first read-throughs to polishing scenes.
The session culminates in public performances running weekends May 1–10, 2026, giving participants the chance to share their work with family, friends, and the community in a joyful celebration of storytelling and theatre.
Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 PM-3:30 PM from 02/24/26-04/28/2026. Some Saturday sessions may also be planned, depending on cast availability.
